Slow Noche

Slow Noche (New Hope, PA) plays original high vibe instrumentals with hints of Latin, Island & Noir. Their music has been described as transportive, cinematic and seductive, ranging from elegant and mysterious to tropical and carefree. Influences include Marc Ribot’s Cubanos Postizos unorthodox yet reverent approach to Latin music, the sexy saudade of Portugal’s Dead Combo, the surfy tremolo of Buena Vista’s Manuel Galban, the gritty, nocturnal noir of NYC’s Big Lazy and the soul warming, joyful vibrations of West Africa’s Orchestra Baobab.
